• 20% → Protocol Fee Treasury (protocol-managed contract; governance-only distributions including the Company's share — every distribution requires a governance vote)

Conceptual Healthcare Corporation has no unilateral withdraw authority on either contract. Raising the rate requires a governance vote + 14-day timelock.

The patent (CH-IP-024) claims Proof-of-Health (PoH). The chain shipping today runs a small Proof-of-Authority validator set as the bootstrap implementation. Both statements are true; the public copy must say both:

 transitioning to full PoH as validator participation grows."
