Every Conceptual Health record is committed to an append‑only, tamper‑evident ledger and anchored externally. You don't have to trust us — or an auditor. You can check the math.

How to verify your own record

1. Get your receipt. Request your record's integrity receipt — a small file with your record's hash, its proof path, and the anchored root.
2. Run the verifier. Download the open verifier and run it offline. It needs nothing but Python — no connection to us.
3. See the proof. It recomputes the root from your record and confirms it's in this anchored ledger. If anything were altered, the math wouldn't match.
