An official statement · Conceptual Health®
Your health data is yours. Full stop.
Conceptual Health does not sell, share, or hand your health data to anyone — not to corporations, not to advertisers, not even to ourselves. The only person who can authorize access to your information is you, the patient and data owner. You hold the controls.
This isn’t a policy we can quietly change — it’s structural. We run a HIPAA-compliant, closed network where your data sovereignty is enforced by the architecture itself. No outside corporation is entitled to your data, and none can be given it. Sharing happens only when you direct it, to whom you choose.
We have seen claims that information on our network is available to, or must be shared with, other corporations. That is categorically untrue — it misstates both the law and how our network is built.
We don’t ask for your trust. We offer you proof. Our integrity is designed to be verifiable, not taken on faith — and we welcome any patient, provider, regulator, or skeptic to examine and challenge it. Verify it yourself →
