How it works

A Network Clinic runs a lightweight chain validator alongside its EHR. Every encounter that produces a verified Master Equation signal — a lab result, a vitals reading, a CH score change — contributes to the chain's integrity proof and earns the clinic block rewards in HCR. Practices that accept HCR for cash-pay services earn a transaction-fee share on top.
The clinic stays fully independent. No corporate ownership. No referral lock-in. No data sale. The rewards exist because the clinic is running infrastructure we'd otherwise pay AWS for — and because the network gets more valuable every time a real clinic plugs in.
Eligibility
Any licensed clinic. Any specialty. Any size.
The Network is open to any US-licensed clinical practice — solo NPs, multi-provider groups, hospital systems, dental and vet and optometry practices. We run a brief verification (license, NPI, malpractice in good standing) and a 30-day technical onboarding. After that, the clinic is a node.
GuardianRide™
Patient-paid rides. Clinic-coordinated.
GuardianRide is the Network's transportation layer — partnered with regional NEMT and rideshare operators, and dispatched directly from the clinic's scheduling surface. Patients who can't drive themselves to chemo, dialysis, or a follow-up no longer no-show because of a transportation gap. Rides settle in HCR or USD; the clinic absorbs no cost.
