The Framework

The Master Equation

CH = (S × Sp)C × (T + E)p × (ER × RS)C/3

U.S. Patent Pending 63/921,717 — Conceptual Healthcare Corporation

Each variable maps to one or more of the eight health axes, creating a unified mathematical model of multidimensional wellness.

Formula Components

S

Science-Driven Precision

Physiological Optimization (PO) + Neurocognitive Mastery (NM)

The measurable, evidence-based foundation. Combines physiological biomarkers with neurocognitive performance metrics to quantify the scientific dimension of health.

Sp

Spiritual Coherence

Spiritual Coherence (SC)

The inner alignment that connects purpose to practice. Measures spiritual engagement, mindfulness consistency, and existential clarity.

C

Conceptual Mastery

The Core Exponent

The unique variable that acts as both core and exponent. Conceptual Mastery is the individual's capacity to integrate all other dimensions — it amplifies the entire system exponentially.

T

Technological Augmentation

Technological Augmentation (TA)

The leverage multiplier. Measures how effectively an individual integrates technology — wearables, AI coaching, digital health tools — to enhance their wellness trajectory.

E

Environmental Symbiosis

Environmental Symbiosis (ES)

The context of health. Evaluates the bidirectional relationship between the individual and their environment — air quality, social surroundings, workspace ergonomics.

p

Purposeful Vitality

Purposeful Vitality (PV)

The directional force. Purpose provides the vector along which all other health dimensions align. Measures goal clarity, legacy planning, and sustained motivation.

ER

Emotional Resilience

Emotional Resilience (ER)

The resilience anchor. Stress response, emotional regulation, mood stability, and psychological flexibility form the first pillar of the Resilience Wing.

RS

Relational & Social Field

Relational & Social Field (RS)

The social safety net. Connection depth, relationship quality, community engagement, and interpersonal dynamics form the second pillar of the Resilience Wing.

The Exponent Principle

Conceptual Mastery (C) serves as the unique variable that acts as both the core and its own radiating axis, functioning as the exponent that enables the entire system to transcend itself. When C increases, the entire left side of the equation doesn't just grow — it compounds exponentially. Similarly, Purposeful Vitality (p) exponentiates the technology-environment synergy, ensuring that tools and context serve a directed purpose. The Resilience Wing (ER × RS)C/3 ensures that Emotional Resilience and Relational & Social Field form an independent safety net — even if other factors fluctuate, strong resilience prevents the score from collapsing.

The Eight Axes

Each axis is scored 0-10 and tracked in real-time through the NexusOrb platform.

PO

Physiological Optimization

Heart rate, blood pressure, VO2 max, sleep quality, body composition, and metabolic biomarkers.

NM

Neurocognitive Mastery

Cognitive performance, reaction time, memory consolidation, focus duration, and brain health metrics.

ER

Emotional Resilience

Stress response, emotional regulation, mood stability, psychological flexibility, and coping capacity.

SC

Spiritual Coherence

Mindfulness practice, spiritual engagement, existential clarity, inner peace, and values alignment.

RS

Relational & Social Field

Social connection depth, relationship quality, community engagement, and interpersonal dynamics.

ES

Environmental Symbiosis

Physical environment quality, nature exposure, toxin avoidance, and ecological awareness.

TA

Technological Augmentation

Digital health tool adoption, wearable integration, AI coaching utilization, and data-driven optimization.

PV

Purposeful Vitality

Goal clarity, legacy intention, motivational persistence, life satisfaction, and purpose-driven action.

Conceptual Mastery Score

CM is computed as the average of all eight axis scores. It represents your overall mastery across all dimensions and serves as the exponent (C) in the CH equation.

CM = (PO + NM + ER + SC + RS + ES + TA + PV) / 8

Normalization Pipeline

The raw CH formula output spans an enormous range. We normalize it to a human-readable 0–100 scale.

1

Raw Computation

The formula produces a raw value that can range from near-zero to astronomically large numbers depending on axis values and exponents.

2

Log₁₀ Transform

We take log₁₀(raw) to compress the exponential range into a linear scale. This maps the output to roughly −10 to +37.

3

Linear Mapping

The log value is linearly mapped from [−10, 36.92] to [0, 100], clamped at boundaries. The result is your CH score.

rawlog₁₀(raw)linear map [−10, 36.92] → [0, 100]CH Score

Temporal Decay Engine

Health isn't static. When behaviors lapse, scores decay over time — encouraging consistent engagement and producing accurate assessments.

26 Behavioral Rules

Every tracked behavior has a decay rule with:

  • Grace period — no penalty (body's natural buffer)
  • Decay onset — when decline begins
  • Decay rate — score loss per day
  • Critical threshold — danger point
  • Max penalty — cap on axis loss (80% max)
  • Recovery multiplier — how fast you bounce back

4 Decay Curve Types

Linear

Steady decline at a fixed rate. Used for meditation, journaling, goal tracking.

Exponential

Rapid initial decline that plateaus. Used for water, sleep, exercise.

Sigmoid

S-curve — slow start, fast middle, plateaus at max. Used for nutrition, therapy, social.

Step

Sudden jumps at thresholds. Used for medication adherence, air quality.

4 Urgency Tiers
