Yes, it's really free for patients.
- How is patient access free?
- Provider and enterprise seats fund the platform. Patients are not the product; we don't sell data, ever. The math works because verifying clinical action and reducing waste creates real economic value for clinicians and payers — they pay for that, you don't.
- Is there a per-encounter fee?
- For providers using HCC settlement, transactions clear through hc.exchange at a 0.10% maker / 0.20% taker fee — the same rates anyone trading on the exchange pays. There is no separate Conceptual Health® clip on top.
- What does "billed annually" actually mean?
- Provider seats are paid up-front for twelve months. Cancel any time, prorated to the month. Monthly billing is available at $299/seat/month if you'd rather.
- Can I pay in HCC?
- Yes. Provider invoices and enterprise contracts can be denominated in either USD or HCC at today's hc.exchange mid. We don't take HCR for invoices — that one's reserved for what your body earns.
- What if I want a custom integration?
- Enterprise comes with implementation engineering. For health systems with bespoke EHR or claims-clearing requirements, we scope a one-time integration fee separately, with a fixed bid and a written SOW.
