Eight axes.
One CH score.
Patient-owned data.
Conceptual Health® measures life across eight axes — physical, nutritional, emotional, social, religious, environmental, technological, and vocational — and settles them to a single composite CH score. Patient-owned data. $0 to use. $0 to provide.
The eight axes
What health actually looks like, measured.
The CH score is composite — no single axis is health. Each axis is measured continuously from patient-owned data; together they reveal the shape of a life, not a snapshot.
- PO Physical & Outdoor — movement, exercise, sleep, time outside
- NM Nutritional & Metabolic — diet quality, hydration, metabolic markers
- ER Emotional & Relational — mood, stress, attachment, relationships
- SC Social & Communal — belonging, community ties, civic participation
- RS Religious & Spiritual — practice, meaning, observed consistency
- ES Environmental & Stewardship — air, water, footprint awareness
- TA Technological & Adaptive — tool fluency, attention discipline
- PV Provisional & Vocational — work meaning, economic stability
The Master Equation
A single number, derived honestly.
CH score is multiplicative, not additive — a deficit in any axis non-linearly reduces the whole. Behavioral consistency C is an exponent on (Self × Spiritual), amplifying when consistent and dampening when chaotic.

Trust posture
Two health commodities. Verified work.
HCR (HealthCoin Rewards) is patient-mined via verified health actions. HCC (Conceptual Healthcare Coin) is broadly work-mined: clinical encounters, engineering merges, compliance attestations, IP filings, research milestones, patient research-consent, and verified compute contributed by clinics, opt-in patients, and the Company. Both tokens are intended to be classified as digital commodities under 7 U.S.C. § 1a(9); CFTC classification has not been confirmed and a conservative dual-track posture is maintained pending engagement-office response. The Company's revenue is the 0.5 % protocol transfer fee, split 80% to a Sustainability Pool and 20% to a governance-controlled Treasury — not token sales, not allocations.
