How you earn
Every contribution to your record pays you.
When de-identified data from your record is used to power research, you get paid in HCC (Healthcoin Credit). Average active patient earns 380–620 HCC/yr — redeemable or applied as credit toward family members' care. HCR and HCC both float on hc.exchange — no fixed USD peg.

The network grows clinic by clinic. Below is what's live today; the rest is opening on a rolling cadence as we credential clinicians and license each state.
Anyone in a clinic state
If a CH clinic exists within 30 miles of your home, you can join — no employer plan needed, no income test, no insurance requirement.
Patients with no insurance
Especially for you. The most expensive care to access today is the care for which we charge $0. No insurance card is fine — we don't ask for one.
Patients with insurance
Bring your card if you want — we'll bill your insurance for what they cover, and you still pay $0. The savings stay in the network, not your wallet.
Medicare & Medicaid
Live in 14 states. Federal coverage activated; state-by-state coverage rolling out. Same $0 experience — we just bill differently behind the scenes.
Outside the clinic radius
Telehealth-only access for primary care + pharmacy is available in 31 states today. Vet, optometry, and dental require an in-person clinic visit.
Family members
You can credit family — pay HCC into a child's, partner's, or parent's wallet. Their network membership stays free and independent.
