Chief Executive Officer · co-founder

Internal medicine and informatics. Founded Conceptual Healthcare Corporation in 2025 after a decade in academic medicine and two years at HHS as a deputy CTO. Wrote the original Master Equation paper.

Chief Medical Officer · co-founder

Endocrinology and population health. Built the axis-evidence framework and the device-attestation engine. Sits on the IRB Practice attestation review.

Compensation philosophy

Tied to the equation, not the share price.

The compensation model the founders will offer incoming officers has three components: base salary, common-stock equity, and a Master Equation Performance Unit (MEPU) tied to verifiable axis-lift volume across the network — not to revenue, not to user count. MEPUs vest only when an external auditor confirms the underlying axis-lift events were verified and not later reversed. Today no MEPUs have been granted; the structure activates with the first executive hire.
