Legal · Cookie Policy
First-party only. No ad networks. Ever.
A cookie is a tiny piece of text the browser remembers between page loads. We use the minimum number required to make the product work, all set by us directly — never by a third party, never by an ad network, never by a marketing pixel. The list below is the entire inventory. If a future feature ever needs to set a new cookie, this page is updated before the cookie ships.
Last updated: April 2026.
1 · Strictly necessary
The cookies that keep you signed in and safe.
Session cookies hold your sign-in across pages. CSRF tokens prevent another site from acting on your behalf. Load-balancing cookies pin a request to a healthy backend. None of these can be turned off — without them, the product doesn't function — and none of them require consent under any privacy law we operate under, including GDPR.
2 · Functional
The cookies that remember your preferences.
Theme (light/dark). Language. Reduced-motion preference. The "remember this device" choice on the sign-in screen. Turning these off doesn't break anything — the product reverts to defaults on each visit. They're set in your browser by us, not shared with anyone, and cleared when you sign out unless you check "remember this device."
3 · Analytics
First-party, server-side, aggregate only.
We measure how the product is being used so we can fix what's broken. The analytics are first-party (we run them ourselves) and server-side (no JavaScript pixel in your browser). There is no Google Analytics tag. There is no Facebook Pixel. There is no Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, or any other third-party tracker on our pages. You can verify this in your browser's network tab on any page on this domain — the only outbound requests are to conceptualhealth.com and its officially listed subdomains.
4 · Advertising
None.
We do not run advertising. We do not sell ads. We have no advertising cookies — none today, none planned. If that ever changes, the change appears here first, the cookies are opt-in, and you can refuse without losing access to anything.
5 · Your controls
Browser. App. GPC. All work.
Browser settings. Block or clear cookies for conceptualhealth.com from your browser's privacy settings. Strictly-necessary cookies will re-set when you sign back in. Functional cookies will not — you'll lose theme and language preferences across sessions.
In-app controls. Settings → Privacy lets you toggle functional and analytics categories without touching strictly-necessary ones.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of all non-essential processing automatically — no banner click required, no preference center to navigate.
6 · Do Not Track
The honest answer.
The original Do Not Track (DNT) browser header was deprecated by most browser vendors because it never meant the same thing across sites. Global Privacy Control (GPC) replaced it for serious privacy work — and we honor GPC. If your browser still sends DNT, we honor it too, treating it the same as GPC.
