Join the waitlist.

The research-access program opens after the platform's Phase 2 launch and the corresponding IRB and HITRUST attestations. Until then, this page is the waitlist. The notes you send become the queue order — first-in, scope-matched. We respond to every submission within five business days.

What to send

Five fields. No NDA required to apply.

  1. Institution — the academic medical center, independent lab, disease registry, or public-health agency you represent.
  2. Investigator name and role — yours; the principal investigator if different.
  3. Research focus — the question you would investigate if you had access today.
  4. Cohort scope — the patient sub-population you would query (disease state, demographics, time window).
  5. IRB status — the IRB you would route the study through, with the protocol number if one exists.

Send to research@conceptualhealth.com. The inbox is monitored by the research office; senior submissions get a video call within two weeks of the door opening.

What happens when the door opens

Three steps. About one month.

Step 1 — Eligibility review. We confirm institutional affiliation, IRB relationship, and OHRP / OHRP-equivalent registration. Typical: 5 business days.

Step 2 — Data-use agreement. The standard DUA names the study, the cohort scope, the IRB, the export restrictions, and the HCC payout rate. Negotiable redlines are routed through legal@conceptualhealth.com. Typical: 10–15 business days.

Step 3 — Sandbox access. Sandbox tenant with synthetic data and the full query API. Once your IRB approves the protocol and your DUA executes, the sandbox tenant promotes to production with the cohort scope locked in. Typical: 5 business days.
